Nicety Technologies Limited is an Engineering, Energy (Renewable Energy-Biofuels) and Agricultural Investment company, providing Electrical, Mechanical, Civil & Structural, Instrumentation & Control, Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Manpower Support Services, Fish Farming, Oil Palm Farming, Palm Oil/Palm Kernel Production, Ethanol/Biodiesel Production.
The company was incorporated on April 1, 1996 (RC: 291, 297), under the laws of the
Federal Republic of Nigeria and commenced business in October 1996 as an Engineering Services Company at it's registered address and currently has its office at 12, Okumagba Avenue, Warri, Delta State, Nigeria.
Nicety has invested substantially in maintaining very high safety standard as well as
quality control and assurance. Majority of our personnel have been given general
HSE training, while our safety officers have been trained to standard in
Practice and related academics.
Also, the company have safety ( Community Affairs, Safety, Health, Environment
and Security, CASHES ) and Quality Control and Assurance manuals which
provide regular guidance to our employees and clients on related matters.
The company is being managed by well experienced Industry Executives who served as directors and managers in Project/Facilities Management, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Information & Telecommunications Technology) and Supply Services with other companies.
We provide services to the Oil & Gas as well as other high grade industries in Nigeria with a vision to establish our strong presence in the West African sub-region and the globe.

Organizational structure is arranged for effectiveness. The management which
oversees the operation of Nicety is divided into one office and three departments, while the direct income yielding arm is split into three divisions.
